Bought this phone because of the fact that it had 64G internal memory storage plus an SD card of 64G. Also it is unlocked and can be used internationally. The biggest problem I have at set up is my current SIM doesn't fit the slot. Because I don't want to change my number I won't be able to use the phone for the intended purpose at least while I still want my current number. ... show more

Don't know what happened to my 1st review but hey this phone is good. It does your basic stuff and it's a basic phone. Good for the parents. Seems my other review was too long and I fault AT&T and their horrible store reps and phone reps. There's no supervisor or manager to make aware of their employees. ๐Ÿคจ For $200 this is a great backup or simple enough for older people and they get a big screen. It does everything fairly well. Calls texts emails surfing the internet watching YouTube. The camera is ok. Not the greatest and needs lighting but it's fine and video calls are ok. The phone works great. The phone is a little heavy because of the 5000mAH battery, but that's just the trade off for having a good size battery. The phone is quick and responsive. The only thing I don't like about the phone is it's wireless card, it is only 2.4GHz and no 5GHz band. The cameras are excellent. The phone seems solid and reliable. The phone is light, has great battery life, great camera, works fine. The only challenge that can potentially frustrate a lot of people is that it is set in Spanish, of course you can change the settings to English but the very first steps, when you're configuring the phone, the first questions that you can't avoid when you first turn it on, are in Spanish, before you can even get to your settings. So, if don't speak Spanish, I'd advice to use an online translator (Google translator works fine) or to have a Spanish speaking friend to help you through those first steps. But once you change that setting, you'll be glad you bought the phone! ... show more

I'm loving this Phone!! Battery life is great, nice big screen, no lag or issues yet. For what I use a phone for the A12 is perfect! Haven't found a con yet, but I'm sure I will. Nothing is without flaws after all.
