Please pay attention to purchase this phone make sure to read the description and check out all the details before making any purchase that was my mistake I did not check out the details and therefore I got this phone which is sort of like a dud because it’s a great starter phone however if you travel a lot or depending on the coverage in your area and what cell towers are like and your CDMA or GSM coverage or whatever you gotta find out what providers are compatible with this phone this is a GSM phone so I had to get an app to force this phone to 4G compatibility because it’s only 2G and 3G and that’s just horrible for today’s standards so I return this phone because it wasn’t good enough for what I needed it for just to make sure that if you are purchasing this phone it is for someone who doesn’t travel a lot who is connected to Wi-Fi most of the time who doesn’t need intense cell coverage who can get phone calls at any given moment this is not a good phone for someone who has to stay connected all of the time through phone calls or text messages and sending picture messages. I had to purchase an app and also I got one for free but then I had purchased a second one which was meant to intensify the cell tower coverage but that still did not work so if you are heavy on texting, calling, sending picture messages and voice messages through your phones messaging app this phone may not be the phone for you however it is still a great device is just not one meant for the avid caller or texter picture messenger and audio messenger through your phones messaging app not through any other app but for your cell coverage. ... show more

I bought this phone a week ago for my teenager and wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews but a brand new phone arrived in a small box (that clearly fit the phone) with a charger and headphones; it also works fine with mint mobile. I need a temp phone for a few months so decided to buy this exact same phone from the exact same seller (as in clicked on buy again button) and it arrived today in a huge box wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic wrap with the bubble wrapping things on top with a card saying this phone was not compatible with certain carriers. The box was sealed but it was clear it was not a new phone and it did not have the headphones or the plastic cover on the phone itself and it has an international charger with an adapter which is fine based on the title of international unlocked phone but the other phone did not come with it so I am returning this phone hoping the next phone sent is similar to the first one. Not sure what happened but maybe it's just depends on the day, IDK, will update when the new phone arrives ... show more

A good phone, great features, easy to use, budget friendly, amazing battery life, everything I wanted and needed. HOWEVER. I bought this phone because reviews and the mint employee I spoke to said it was compatible with Mint mobile carrier service. THIS PHONE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MINT MOBILE. DO NOT BUY IT IF YOU ARE WITH MINT. I have not had more than one bar since I got this phone, which is 100% on my service provider and not on the phone itself. After being on the phone for an hour with MINT, we finally figured out that the first employee I spoke to had either made a mistake or flat out lied to me. Update: I wanted to use this as my new phone with my current Straight Talk service so I called to get it moved over, but when I gave them the IMEI that said it was not compatible. They said it is probably NOT VOLTE and that is required for S/T service. I guess it will be my Mint Mobile backup phone for now. I purchased this phone primarily to use on my trip in Europe as I like to buy a sim card in the country I visit. I have many friends in the area there and this gives me a number in their area and makes it easier to communicate with them. I also have been using it here in the US with my Mint Mobile sim card and it is reliable for my purposes. I do not use much data or online or streaming, etc. Mostly just calls and texts and I have no complaints. Ok so the phone looks great from the outside. It has a really good battery. The cameras are... decent I think, atleast for the price. The big screen is nice, with the small bezels and small camera outline. However, there's alot that I feel not enough people are talking about that can be a deal breaker for many: 1) Screeen quality is 720p NOT 1080p (not that it was advertised otherwise but still) 2) There is no bixby assistant 3) Google assistant will not respond to "Hey/OK Google" if the screen is off (as of May, 16, 2022( 4)There is not a pre-installed screen recorder so you'll need a 3rd party app Atleast the phone came with an extra SD card I think it was 64GB which is great Extra storage. Also the fingerprint scanner is really good. I'm happy with my purchase because I have a gamepad that allows me to game with this giant screen (like if it were a switch), but I don't play much processor heavy games (just mostly GBA games, Wild Rift, and Minecraft). Also the phone looks great with my Samsung watch (that has a white strap and matches phone). I'm happy with purchase but can't promise most other people would, depends on what you are looking for.
