When I boot the PS2 emulator up on my old phone, it runs super slow, but on this phone it runs super smooth with no lag or slow down just as if I were on an actual console. Never again will I buy from this company a phone again. Complete waist of money. I bought it the end of july of 2025 for my daughters mint mobile line. It was her first phone as a teenager. She told me after the first week of having it that the phone glitched. I tried to see if it would glitch again, but it didn't when I was using it. She mentioned if a few more times over the next few months. And again I checked out the phone and didn't see anything wrong with it. Then, about three weeks ago (two weeks before Thanksgiving), it started glitching, and I saw it this time. I ordered this for my grandmother as a replacement for her broken phone. Samsung is a trusted brand and the quality of this device lives up to that reputation. Although it's an older model, it still works well and is user friendly. Considering my grandmother has a habit of misplacing her phone, I'll say the cost of this phone was definitely worth it. Though it isn't a Samsung flagship device, it's still a very good phone. She can download her favorite games like solitaire and word puzzles. The camera isn't very good compared to Samsung's flagship devices but she can still take plenty of pictures of the grandkids and great- grandkids. Setup was easy and straightforward and we were able to quickly connect to wifi and Bluetooth devices. It does not have 5G connectivity but for a small child or older person, that isn't a necessity.     • How to fix the "unlock" problem

Annoyed that the phone wasn't quite plug and play when I got it. It technically is unlocked but my phone still wasn't working. I ended up doing the following and then the phone was unlocked all the way. Hopefully this helps someone else. On the phone go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators Turn off automatic and manually search for the network you're trying to use.
