    • Amazon dropped the ball on this one.
The description says that it includes a "quick reference manual." In fact, it does not. The battery was at 0%, which will damage the battery. That's a HUGE deal, since the batteries in this phone aren't replaceable, thanks to Samsung's myopic views. Amazon really dropped the ball! Update: The S pen doesn't work! Shame on Amazon for allowing these sellers to improperly list and sell these!!!! ... show more

This phone is refurbished, which is fine. What's not fine is its being sold original and the screen is far from it. For someone who's never had this phone, will never know. I have the original note 20 ultra and the screen is one of the selling points along with the high memory and rom. The screen used to repair this phone is no where near original. It's considerably smaller, and the s pen dosnt track right while your useing it. THE TRUTH SHOULD BE IN THE LISTING. If I'd known about the screen I would not had bought the phone. Says screen size is 6.9, that's true on the original. This screen is 6.7 and has a huge black border around the hole screen. The rest of the phone is fine and checks out. ... show more

The phone I purchased was supposed to be in like new condition. It had chips, gouges, and large scratches all over the sides and back. The touch screen took a few taps before it actually started working. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe it!

Interestingly enough, it was "tested " before shipped. Who can account for a phone that can maintain 80% or better life? Did they charge it and then wait to test it out? How can you test if the software is functional? Did they load it with a Samsung account in order to execute this falsely stated description? It is NOT a cheap phone. $849 at time of purchase. Now I have to front another $849 to get another one, program it, wipe this one and then wait for my money to be returned. Just absolutely and completely false advertising. ... show more
