I ordered a refurbished phone (Note 20) from hybrid it. It came in quickly and looked brand new (no scratches or anything), well done to them. Unfortunately the screen stopped working within a few days of getting. It sucks, but things happen. Contacted hybrid it, customer service was prompt and the sent me a new phone in a few days. I need my phone for work, so it hurt business a little, but I had my old broken phone (reason for buying a new one) and we made it work. Got the new phone, it worked for a few days, then the screen on the new phone bricks again. Understand, my phones are always screen protected, in a case, and typically left in a safe place if not in use. The only reason my old phone broke and needed a new one was because I let a customer use it to make a call and the dropped it on a tile floor busting the screen and camera. So I need my phone desperately for work for the next few days and try to contact the seller. No response. Needing a phone ASAP, I decided to go to my local ATT and trade my bricked phone in for a new phone which was super expensive and was trying to avoid. To be fair, when I checked my message on my new new phone there was finally a response, (maybe there was some issue with Amazon chat on my PC), but the representatives messages seemed a little put out that I was contacting them again (context can be hard to interpret though text so who knows, maybe I was just in a bad mood after all that). Either way I had two phone from the seller brick on me in a few weeks and ended up having to spend even more money on another phone just to keep business going (which defeated the purpose of buying the refurbished phone all together). Not saying they are a bad company, and maybe I just drew the short straw, but that was my experience and will now be more skeptical on buying from this hybrid it and refurbished products in the future. ... show more

It works like most androids. The battery thou, is awful. It dies twice as fast as my old Motorola. I don't love that it won't register a fingerprint with a screen protector. You cannot assign certain sounds to certain apps. Other than that, camera is excellent, vivid colors, the stylus is a wonderful bonus. It runs smoothly and doesn't force stop apps because I go to message someone back. 7/10 overall compared to the cheap Motorola I had. ... show more

I adored the phone! Unfortunately my network wasn't compatible, but that absolutely had nothing to do with the phone itself. With a sad face I did have to request a return and the seller was prompt to approve it and in the last stages of the process. I have no complaints about the phone or seller. So far it has been a very pleasant interaction. I have used a Samsung Note 9 for several years now and I just wanted to try put a new generation of it because I liked it so much and it has hung in there against all odds. 😂 The Note 20 was a very nice upgrade. I was surprised to receive item so fast since there had previously been reviews saying that items took a long time to receive. I ordered it on Friday and received it by Monday. So far I am happy with the quality of product. The product itself is the right size. Pen works great. I love Samsung Notes. I previously had the Note Ultra, but for me it was too big. So I am happy and not happy with the phone I have a hard time getting into my samsung account when I try to open my wallet application I try to put in my pin number and doesn't let me it shoots all the same numbers and it freezes up

I had purchased this same phone as a refurb through another company. Received one with no IMEI, and it wouldn't accept a SIM card. I was livid. Made a quick return, thinking "I should have just got one on Amazon". As soon as I had the refund in hand, I found this phone. Received it quick, and opened the box. Hmm.. very good, no visible flaws ! Turned it on, and it was already charged to 92 percent. Another plus. Put my SIM in and fired it up. Full bars, how nice ! Set up was quick, and transferred all of my apps, photos, notes, etc. This phone is awesome ! For a refurbished phone, I can say that I am extremely happy. It is exactly as I had hoped it would be. This purchase has overshadowed the previous bad purchase from the other seller. I'm glad it was is stock, and I'm very pleased.
