Item arrived in perfect condition, I ordered the Excellent Condition one, it was new in the box.. Looks like it was never open! I did have to leave the phone on the fast charger for about 5 hours for the battery to wake up, however it is working great now! Great communication from the seller too!

I had purchased this same phone as a refurb through another company. Received one with no IMEI, and it wouldn't accept a SIM card. I was livid. Made a quick return, thinking "I should have just got one on Amazon". As soon as I had the refund in hand, I found this phone. Received it quick, and opened the box. Hmm.. very good, no visible flaws ! Turned it on, and it was already charged to 92 percent. Another plus. Put my SIM in and fired it up. Full bars, how nice ! Set up was quick, and transferred all of my apps, photos, notes, etc. This phone is awesome ! For a refurbished phone, I can say that I am extremely happy. It is exactly as I had hoped it would be. This purchase has overshadowed the previous bad purchase from the other seller. I'm glad it was is stock, and I'm very pleased. I just wish I would have come to Amazon looking for one in the first place. You won't be disappointed if you do ! ... show more
