I've had the phone for a good week now, and it works well. It came in perfect condition; I think it was actually new out of the box, with the SIM and everything. I bought this for my daughter, who's going into 6th grade. I meant to buy the A36, but I accidentally bought this A15 5G. I was nervous, but it runs perfectly fine. BEWARE! My new phone came quick in the correct color, with minor screen damage as advertised. No problem there! HOWEVER. The claim that they are tested professionally by amazon to make sure they are secure is B.S. one, my phone did not come unlocked, and is also not a global model. Its a US/Cannada model with snapdragon carrier loxked to Verizon Wireless. Secondly, upon investigation to the phones security settings I found that Knox was disabled, USB debugging and dev options were already toggled on, and other security features were also off. I noted the total space used on the phone, performed a factory reset, and it dropped by a whole 0.2 gb. Caches were clear before and no media or apps were installed so whatever the drop was, im sure it was malicious in some capacity given the settings that were modified. Whoever is supposed to check these phones is doing a poor job, a factory reset should be no.1. Unfortunately in my excitement I applied a screen and camera protector so Im sure I wouldnt get my $$$ back on a return. ... show more

Garbage phone! Came defective but because after we discovered a faulty Sim card slot at the phone store, my son dropped after the fact 3-4 inches and the screen cracked.... im shocked at poor quality it didnt even make it 24 hours and now I cant return the defective item. THANKS ALOT!!!!@@
