I purchase one of these in March 2023, In April 2025 the washer started to show an error during the wash cycle. Since the washer was out of the one year warranty, I called an appliance center to come check it out. They diagnosed a control panel issue and said I needed a new one. They called and the control panel PCB was discontinued, and the replacment board was back ordered with no known ETA. Sounds like they've had alot of failures for this. They had no solutions for me.....so I'm back to purchase another washer while I have this 2 year old POS from Samsung with no support or solution for a repair. ... show more
