Update, somehow pepole call that gray black, maybe I need new glasses, so I uploaded some new photos from youtube video You guys jude it yourself. ——— Samsung has done wonderful job after the fail of the 2020 model I gotta say they nailed it this time I dare say black here is same or even better than oled, Pros -Beautiful brightness and black -Alexa does perfect job on hand free control even with my bad accent she understand every command I gave -Adaptive picture does wonderful in here, for me it does way better on movies then movie settings I tried gaming, 4k movies streaming from pc etc and the picture is stunning The design is one of the best out there The little new remote working very well ——- Cons Worse tv audio ever lol but can be fixed with sound bar, changing the tv audio settings does nothing at all, so I suggest you get sound bar, it’s so bad that we are watching movie and everyone keep asking the next person “ what did they just say “ -as usual Tizen apps availability not that many and side load apps getting stuck often and need to reinstall them, however almost all major streaming services and apps are there - no longer able to stream your good stuff from pc using smart view anymore, some people might not care about that but for me its important. However overall in my view still 5 stars I would give it more if possible, for the price it’s worth every penny Special thanks to Amazon driver and the other person they got it to my door on the second floor and they didn’t let me help at all I will be updating this review in few weeks , sadly the sound bar didn’t arrive yet so will have to wait to see how it going I would recommend it to any one, I am thinking of getting another one for my bedroom already Thanks all

The new gen of samsung NEO QLED does not live up to its name, Nor as the Samsung reps have stated adjusting settings really helps. When the TV goes to a black scene or game screen you see hot spots or fingers of light diving in from the edge. The colors really are not that much more better then the last years q90. I have not seen anything on these new NEO tvs that make it anything but a letdown from the lack of amazing color to lack of help with motion blur. SUPER SAD ABOUT THIS new product fom samsung. Sent it back. You want a TV that will smoke this get the 1800 Vizio OLED or any OLED. this TV has no hope of comparing to OLED. Well I bought this tv From samsung and left a review on their site, and On best buy, both pulled down. GUESS SAMSUNG is trying to remove all the bad reviews!

Repackaged TV was sold as new. Had a defective screen with spider lines coming out of the middle of it- completely unwatchable. Fraud + broken product.

I saw the previous comment about awful blooming and that is definitely not my experience. The picture is crisp and sharp, 4K content is like you're looking through a window.

We expected this TV to outperform any other existing TV on the market. However, the picture quality is average. We did not observe a huge difference between the picture quality of this TV and a Vizio V series TV. This TV although does have new smart features which could be helpful. We do not recommend this TV at this price.

It is fantastic. I watch movies and play video games. It’s awesome. Only complaint is it could benefit from a backlit remote. Otherwise. Perfect. I turn off smooth motion ie jutter motion blur function. I’ve never seen blacks so black. U will love it.

What a stunning display. After daily driving a Samsung curved 4k from 2016 I can say without a doubt the QN85A is one incredible TV. The black levels are amazing, near oled. The picture is bright with poppy colors and incredible contrast. Watching HDR content is amazing. The 1500 nits of brightness is easily enough to overcome my bright tv room without washing out colors or affecting black levels. Setup was pretty easy. A few screws and done. I will say you will need at least 2 or 3 people to get this over 100lb monster up your stairs. Switching between inputs is easy enough, I use a fire tv cube for most content and a blu ray player for some movies. Overall a fantastic tv. Expensive but worth every penny if you enjoy a great viewing experience..

We originally purchased the mid range 65 inch Samsung QLED TV. While at Best Buy my wife and I both agreed we liked the picture quality better on this Neo QLED set better but opted to compromise. After a week we agreed that maybe we should have spent the money on the nicer set. So, when we saw that Amazon had it on sale we purchased the Neo Qled set. The difference in image quality is noticeable without even tweaking the settings. We're not gamers or super critical of things like black levels . I'm sure there's better sets but for the 1500 dollars price range we're very happy with this set. The smart features are decent but nothing exceptional. The muti view screen/ app seems great at first but I quickly lost interest after becoming frustrated realizing that it mainly relies on your mobile device or an app to provide the second screen source. Also opening an app( like You Tube) will default to Multi screen view and you'll be forced to watch it in a smaller than full screen view until you go into the settings and disable the default multi screen view. Set up is very simple and cord management is clean with built in channels along the rear of the set and a removable cover on the center mounted stand to hide wires effectively. The remote no.longer uses replaceable batteries. Instead you can charge it via a built in solar panel (seriously!) or a USB C cable. It is a bit to much of a minimal design and leaves you guessing how to accomplish certain tasks for my liking but does include dedicated Netflix, Prime Video and Samsung Plus buttons. Despite its quirks, I would buy this set again.
