    • Will ALWAYS become unbalanced during spin cycle. Always.
This thing will NEVER get through a load of laundry without becoming UNBALANCED during the spin cycle. It's crazy. It will go out of balance with ANY size load. It's truly a terrible design. It's like they intended for this thing to become useless over time, but accidentally made it obsolete out of the box Does it clean the clothes? I guess. But, they will be sopping wet because you can;t get through the spin cycle. Truly terrible product that should not be sold to the public at all. ... show more

    • Nice machine, easy to setup
Not your mother’s washing machine. It’s simple to connect to the SmartThings app by scanning the QR code which is on the front of the washer below the lid on the right hand side. The power cord and water hose are shorter than normal so take that into account when setting up. It uses more water than your typical front loader but you can adjust it by pressing the rinse button for 1 rinse. The interior drum spins like it loose but that’s normal. It makes minimal noise which is a plus. I took off one star because the instruction manual is lacking. I had to look up a code online because it wasn’t filling up with the correct water level. That was my fault. I forgot to open the hot water faucet. Error codes should be included in the manual. The lid is made out of plastic and locks when you start it.
