I purchased this monitor from Samsung's online store, which was delivered on December 19, 2024. Due to being out of town, I did not open the package until January 9, 2025. While the outer box was undamaged, the monitor inside had clear physical damage to the bezel and frame. I contacted Samsung’s customer support and spent over 4 hours across multiple calls and chats attempting to resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, Samsung refused to provide a solution, claiming the damage should have been reported sooner. Their only suggestion was to pursue a warranty claim, which would have required me to pay for repairs due to the physical damage—despite the fact that the monitor arrived damaged. I escalated the issue to supervisory levels, but Samsung consistently refused to replace or repair the monitor at no cost. I emphasized that I was seeking any reasonable resolution to avoid further action, but Samsung declined all my requests. This experience has left me with a damaged product, no resolution, and no recourse other than filing this complaint.
