I’ve been using a blanket & closing it in the door to cover the window pain in the middle of my front door to block out the sun on the sunny days, it was getting old & hard to do. I came across this product & was so impressed that this actually existed. It’s so easy to install with the Velcro tape that has a strong sticky tape that you apply against your door. I cleaned the area with disinfecting wipes prior. The curtain already has the strip that will stick to the tape sewn into the curtain. I did have one problem after rolling the curtain up & trying to apply it the Velcro pieces on the top of the curtain that is hidden under the flap (see photo)…..it wasn’t sticking & I thought I had a defective product but figured out I had to remove the pieces off the soft velcro….lol Instructions are easy to read & follow and it even has on there how to remove the Velcro tape off your door when the time comes. I put this up @ night so I’m not sure how well it will block the sunlight out but will find out tomorrow & will post a picture to update my review. Recently got a door replacement and needed some privacy from the sidelight. My boyfriend installed it and it was pretty quick and effortless. As you can see from the photo, it does a great job blocking out the light. The sizing is just a tad wider, with the sidelight measuring 10 inches, and the curtains 12 inches. I'd honestly prefer more coverage than less. The material is good quality. It's thick enough to provide adequate shading. I like the gray color, which isn't too dark. I love this window covering, I highly recommend it if you have a front door with a large window. I have the door with the large oval window, so during the day, i fold the curtain up to let light in, and at night, I let it down, it is very durable, it long enough to cover the oval and wide enough to cover the oval, it has an adhesive band stick it to the metal door. So glad something like this exists. We’re renting this house with a window in the door, which I don’t like from a privacy perspective. These Velcro curtains are awesome, takes less then 5 minutes to install, they are room darkening and very nice. I ordered them all for less than 100.00. Quite happy with them. The only thing is that you have to roll them up but take’s no time and the Velcro holds the straps.

Must have for light blocking in small windows. It keeps the room so dark, even though it is really bright outside. It looks even darker than the picture seems. They are very easy to put up, I did it by myself and it did not take long. It also gives you privacy from the outside looking in. I ordered the burnt orange color. It is a lot more orange than shown in the pictures. Easy to hang, looks decent when rolled but looks cheap hanging. The bright orange color doesn’t help. I also need to steam the wrinkles. We don’t have a UPS store anymore so returns are a pain, which means I’m keeping this. I would not have bought it if I’d seen the color in person. ... show more
