We've had the washer & dryer set installed for a couple weeks, & have been trying to get Samsung to send us the missing liquid detergent dispenser ever since. I noticed a LOT of reviews on different places saying it's missing. Samsung wants us to just go buy it. How convenient! That's not acceptable, since we already bought it when we bought the washer, & it wasn't in the sealed bag. If they know this is an issue, they should have a pile of them sitting around somewhere waiting for their owners to claim them. Apparently they have no interest in making things right. So far, the set works great, but if this is the way the company chooses to do business, my phones & appliances will have a different name on them from now on. They need to understand we don't HAVE to patronize their company ... show more
