Easy to put together and sturdy. The 5 tiers are great for paper organization. I am using it to store various types of paper for my printer. The vertical file storage has one divider, making two sections. The drawer fits well and slides easy with no sticking. The pen holders are an added bonus. They aren't essential to the storage unit, and I have removed them for my purposes.

This is a nice desk organizer! QUITE sturdy -- much better than plastic ones. Nice assortment of features -- vertical & horizontal trays, pen/pencil holders, etc. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble it (I might have managed in 10, if I hurried it more).

The desk organizer is not quite the size I was looking for. I needed something where the trays are wide enough so I can put books, folders, papers, and notebooks in a long way and also put other ones on top of them the shorter way as well (hoping that made sense), which makes it easier to fit a lot more in it and stay organized. With this organizer, the pictures show paper and books fitting in the long way where you can see the side of the books and binder, but that is very deceiving because the shelves are actually very narrow and everything only fits one way, the short way, so I wasn't even able to use it- this was also my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. The organizer came with the little wrench and went together very easily, I like the area on the side where you can have folders and books standing up, it is very sturdy and has a nice little drawer on the bottom to store office supplies. It is a very nice organizer, just did not work for my needs.

So, this is easy enough to put together and the design makes it good for shipping costs and such. However, a couple key things are missed. The slots where the individual shelves are, only one is attached, which holds the frame together. The others go in long slots, which work fine, but they also slide in and out when you pull stuff out of them. There is nothing to lock them in place. Which allows for flexibility but is super-annoying. I may grab some tiny black zip ties or twist ties to anchor them to the back of the unit so they don't slide. Lastly, none of the items fit 100% perfect but they fit close enough. Once it is assembled the unit as a whole is good. I like that it has a couple vertical pockets on it too.

When I purchased this there were no reviews. This was delivered to me on 1/6. I decided to put it together on 1/13. Three pieces didn't line up. I was able to rig two of the pieces but there was nothing I could do about the third piece. I went back to the product's page on Amazon and noticed there was a 1 star review. That person had the same issues as me. I'm sending it back. I wouldn't recommend.
