When I opened the box, I was pretty shocked at how big this desk is, I knew it was supposed to be big but WOW! I have a 17" laptop, it fits on the desk with at least 4" of desk appearing all around the laptop. Having said all that, the desk is very sturdy, in addition to my laptop, I have a large, heavy water bottle (40 ounces), 2-litre bottle of soda and two cell phones resting on it, nothing moves when I get into or out of bed! I can't tell you how often my water tipped over on my old desk. I also love the drawers on either side on the desktop! Holds so much stuff! Now that I have gotten used to the size, I love it! I don't usually give 5 star reviews but this one deserves it. The packaging was amazing easy to open and already came put together. It is sturdy and using it in bed is pretty easy as it has bumps on the bottom of the legs to help keep it from tipping over. The only thing I wish it had is a better spot to put a cup, my old lap desk had a hole. But this one has you open the drawer to put your cup which isn't really secure. Otherwise it it really great and BIG I think it's at least a few inches wider than my old one. I have a 17 inch laptop and have plenty of room to put a plate and drink even with my laptop on it. ... show more

The legs cannot go lower and I am 5’2 so it’s very high. It feels awkward to use on the couch or on my bed. It’s not very accommodating. The table is still very nice and I like the stand that can hold books. The compartment on the side is very useful so I don’t loose my pens.

This desk is sturdy and huge! My lap top, keyboard, mouse and a full size note book fit on top. Its great for spreading out on the couch or bed to work or study! There is a decent document holder and a small pen drawer underneath. Both are great. I would buy again!

The perfect size, love the features. Only downside I encountered was the legs should really have a locking mechanism of some sort. They fold up far too easily when you don't want them to. Otherwise would give 5 stars.
