The difference in some of these pieces compared to our older luggage is up to 7 lbs. With this luggage the light weight makes it easier to handle with the carry-on piece and with the larger pieces, that means more stuff my wife can pack and take. Since both sides lay flat when open and each side has a "cover" to hold packed items, I recommend buying the "packing bags" to put your clothes and other items in. They keep our packed items neater and easier to get to as they did in the old luggage.......... ... show more

We used this for travel and on July 21st the side handle broke when I picked it up. We’ve only used it a couple of times. It is frustrating not knowing how to get a replacement. Please advise.
