poor production likely factory seconds- we don't use these often- took a trip and there was a gap -hole in the suitcase. if you look the zipper was not stitched onto the suitcase. Product was misrepresented if this was a factory second. Samsung is much better brand than this. pic#1 shows how it should be pic#2 shows stitching missed the zipper fabric. Don't buy from this company!!! Missed the return window because we did not take a long trip with the suitcases until after the return date. You CANNOT travel with w suitcase whose zipper is NOT ATTACHED to the suitcase- This is not even a bag at this point- YOU have to pull the protective rubber to even see the stiches. Afraid to check the perimeter of the rest of the bag so as not to pull the rubber back. WE BOUGHT 4 bags !!!!!! Not cheap!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY from this seller. Samsung bags must do better quality checks. This seller has to be reselling things which were not checked or are called factory seconds and did not reveal that. ... show more
