Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this to replace a Mia Toro carry-on that I loved and I must say so far, I am happy with this purchase...the color is perfect and will hide scratches too! I gave it 4 stars for two reasons, one, the handle is a little wobbly and two, I haven't flown with it yet. I am impressed with the wheel base and it rolls in any direction with little effort. I really like the fact that the interior is NOT black and includes an accessory bag/packing cube for additional organization. The expansion capability is needed, as it is a bit smaller than what I expected. The lock was easy to reset to my personal code and the zippers are sufficient quality so o do not foresee any issues with either. The wet pocket is a lifesaver along with the outer access to a charging port( if you have one) I didn't hesitate to customize my new piece!

Just received and have not traveled with it yet, so cannot comment on durability. First impressions are that it looks good and the zippers and combination lock appears to be good quality. The inside consists of 2 compartments of equal depth. My old soft side Samonsite spinner had one deep and one shallow side. I will have to see if one approach is better than the other. The front pocket is handy for an iPad and readily accessible paperwork. Case was received quickly. Will update review if travel experience indicates any revision is indicated.

I believe this item was defective. I used it on one leg of a flight. It would NOT roll on the carpet in the airport or in the jet way. I broke my wrist and that was the whole purpose of this purchase...to make it easier to maneuver. NOT!!! I had to carry it if it involved being on the carpet. Be sure to read the warranty even if you are with in the 30 day window. No refund unless you would accept the -30% stocking fee. Disappointed!
