I’m only giving this quilt 3 stars bc it says it’s black but it’s more like a dark gray. I was disappointed in the color. It’s also very thin. No weight to it but I knew that going in. The size says it’s a king bedspread. It would need to be 6 inches longer on each side to be close to the floor. Very disappointed in that.

Last year, I ordered the SameBed Quilt Set, featuring a beautiful design, and recently unpacked it. The coverlet is lightweight, which is consistent with my past experience with coverlets. The package arrived nicely rolled in a box and included one coverlet and two shams. I opted for the King size to fit my king-size pillows. I washed it and found that it maintained its durability and remained wrinkle-free, proving to be a reliable bedding option.

This is super thin, not comfortable, would only maybe work as a top sheet for a made bed, that’s it. I missed the return window but glad it was only $10 I may use it as a blanket for picnic or something.

If you are looking for a stitched quilt, this is not it. However, this very thin bedspread has impressions that create a quilt-like pattern. It is aestetically pleasing, however lacks the extra heft for me to call it a quilt with a straight face. If you are looking for the quilted look, this will suffice. It's definitely cool because it's not very substantial. It's not the type of quilt you wrap yourself in, but gets better after a wash. My idea of a great blanket or quilt is its ability to easily fill the voids when wrapped around you. I'm using this on top of a white down insert for a layered monochromatic look but I wouldn't choose to use it on its own. I got one in king and one in a queen.
