Bought these boots to wear for a party - they made my outfit and were so comfortable. As a wide calf girl - they fit perfectly and weren't too tight. I'm 5' 8" and recently lost weight so down to 175 at the time I bought these and they fit me well - even if I wear over jeans!

The material is nice but if you are short, I don’t recommend. I’m 5’2” and they hit right in the middle of my knee cap and the “wide calf” hit at the wrong spot so the flare out at the knee. Very unflattering for a short person.

They don’t have great reviews on Sam Edelman’s website and I have no idea why. I got wide calf because I like a little more space and I am obsessed! They have a little heel, but not as much as the Sylvia which is exactly what I wanted. Perfect black fall/ winter boot!!
