I am a true 8.5 but because these are pointy toe they seemed too long. I tried an 8 and those were too tight. Looks like I'm an inbetweeny!! uggggg! They are a beautiful boot with sexy heel just wished they fit better!

Boots are beautiful, but the wide calf has gapping at the top of the boot shaft on my leg. The extra room is not flattering on my leg. Great heel height, color, leather, beautiful overall, wish I could keep.

Exactly what I needed. I have wider calfs and these were very comfortable without being too wide. Buy them! Very nice for price, I mean, they are not " cheap" but worth the money. I will wear theses for a few seasons.

I desperately wanted these boots to work because the brown suede option were SOO cute. However, after ordering 3 different pairs of these, I gave up. For whatever reason, the calf on all 3 of pairs I received (I ordered regular calf, not wide calf) were HUGE. Im a size 4-6 with "normal" sized calfs and all 3 pairs had approx 2 inches of extra space between my leg and the boot. I've never had a problem with Sam Edelman in the past and am quite disappointed that these didnt work out.
