Struggle to pull up on calves with short zipper.

Not leather as described. Synthetic upper. Calves too snug to get on w/o a zipper all the way up. My calves are average size. Foot size was accurate and comfortable.

OMG..this can’t be Sam Edelman boots

I was so looking forward to receiving this boot. It looked so classy. I could not wait to put them on when I received them. The instant I wore them they ripped at the seam through the leather. I was so shocked and so disappointed. I took them back to UPS and shipped them right back where they came from

Comfortable, buttery soft suede
I have worn Sam Edelman shoes and boots for many years. I saw the price and read the reviews, and was a little skeptical, but ordered these in Chocolate suede and Black suede. They fit perfectly. And they're very comfortable. The suede is buttery soft. And they fit my thin calves well. I'm 5'1" and the top hits right at my knee. I couldn't be happier!

Runs long, narrow
Beautiful boot. The decor at the ankle is tarnished which is fine with me. The toe is square and I think it runs a little long. I normally wear a 9N but will return these for an 8.5. They run a little narrow which works for me. I have skinny legs and the do not have a huge gap which is great.
