Purchased the “Sally Hanson Leg Makeup in Tan/Bronze” to see if it would help disguise my varicose veins better than the “Sally Hanson Airbrush Legs SPRAY in Tan Glow” that I already had. Picture #1 is both legs before vs. the right leg with the lotion makeup and the left without. #2 is side by side comparison with inside right leg without makeup vs. inside right leg with makeup. #3 is a side by side comparison with the right leg in makeup vs. spray on the left leg, and then the split view to show closer how the airbrush spray looked over varicose veins on my left leg. While the lotion leg makeup covers better than the spray, I would have to say neither gives opaque covering, and neither “disguises” but rather draws attention because of the orange-ish fake color. However, I will try it again after being in our pool for a month when my legs will be more tan than now and report back if there is a difference in the color. As far as ease of application: the lotion makeup is way more easy to apply. The spray gets everywhere. As far as removal: soap and water does it but scrub it with a wash cloth. Haven’t checked the water/sweat resistant factor or to see if it rubs off on clothes.

Absolutely covers everything and I have awful old lady legs! So much better than the sun for tanning and much better than tanning lotions and creams that mainly stain my freckles . This product covers them . It will rub off after an initial application but it does come right off in the wash and and I use magic eraser pads to clean other surfaces…. Purses, golf bag , car upholstery . Mainly I sit on a towel in the car if im wearing shorts etc… It’s still the best coverage product

I use it on legs, arms, chest and face. Looks natural. Has never rubbed on on clothes or bed sheets. I always let it dry about ten minutes before getting dressed.

I purchased this product as it had good reviews and I wanted to wear a dress for a special occasion. I am tan however my legs rarely see the light of day so I decided to give it a try. I purchased 3 shades and personally like the combination of light and medium for my skin tone. Pros: - Product application is easy as the formula is similar to a lotion. - It dries relatively quickly so you can easily layer a second coat without it looking blotchy. - No overpowering scent - Does not look orange on skin - Comes off easily in the shower with water and soap. Cons - comes off if you scrub it vigorously with your fingers or a wet wipe or when you use a razor - wore it to a wedding and there was some transfer onto the chair and my car seat. Overall I do like this product. I did see some transfer hours after the product was applied so I would be cautious wearing it with white. It does not come off in the water unless you are actively scrubbing it or applying soap so you can wear it at the pool. Longest I’ve worn this product is 3 days. I’m still on the lookout for the best self tanner but I would still recommend this product if you’re looking for instant results from a lightweight moisturizing product.

This is a "must have" if you want a tan without the wait or damage to your skin. I call it instant tan and Because there is no scent, it is odorless. This formula is moisturizing (compared to Sally Hanson's past formulas), And it is a fraction of the cost of the expensive department store brands. I have been using this for years and absolutely love it! You can see the difference in the picture with and without the product. Literally takes a few minutes to apply and stays all day. This is leg makeup. It stays on in the ocean, the pool and even water from the shower. You can even put regular lotion over the top of it without removing the color from your skin. Easily removes with soap and water. I do use Shout when washing my clothing because with any makeup, It can transfer to your clothes. Despite that, as you can see in the picture this is one of my favorite summer secrets!

When you purchase a product such as lotion, makeup, and in this case, spray tan, it's only natural to be a little hesitant knowing that you're going to gamble with finding the perfect product that fits you without seeing it first. I'm a guy who has lots of scars in places I wish I didn't have them and this product right here works perfectly. As a guy I always wonder if it looks and smells too much like makeup. But this product like blended in and really did the job. So guys if you're out there and you're wondering whether this product is good for you or not let me say it is I'm very satisfied and above all only I know that I'm wearing it nobody else.
