I used this in my spare room and one wall in the bathroom! Love this!! Very classy looking! My other walls in the room are Camel Back by Sherwin Williams and (to me) looks beautiful together. If you are using this on an older wall with painted paneling, you WILL NEED SOME HEAT ON IT! I’ve had issues with it sticking! It’s great on Sheetrock walls! I generally don’t leave a review however I am a big review reader so I felt like I should share myself! All in all this is a beautiful paper, easy to work with and knowing all the details are half the battle!! 5 Stars for this Arkansas Girl!! EDIT!!!!!!!! It's been a month now and I am battling making it stick! This paper is beautiful and nicely made. It’s thick enough that i know it will hold up for a while. The adhesion is also great. it is holding strong. I like the texture and semi gloss of the paper. I used a small square of it to make a sedum mouse pad for my black computer desk. It’s doing great.

    • Pattern will never match right

The media could not be loaded. If you are planning a large wall or space don't count on the pattern lining up. Doesn't stick well on the edges. Also don't get different roll sizes and expect those patterns or color or quality to match either. First I got a small roll and a large one since that was all I needed. The larger the roll, the cruddier the material and the patterns, texture, and color didn't match. I can't get this crap to line up to save my life and now the edges are lifting and overall it's not great quality stuff. Stick to using it as contact paper to line shelves or cover cheap ikea furniture because it is not fit to go on walls. It also shrinks if the wall is an exterior wall and it gets a little cold. ... show more

This is a gorgeous wallpaper and the color matches the images perfectly. However, the pattern is awkward to work with. The rows alternate in height, which makes for wasted paper and alignment issues. Despite my best efforts and a partner's help, I have a couple of minor mismatches that will need to be tweaked with a gold marker. The thickness and adhesion are great, especially since it needs to be adjusted frequently during install to align the pattern. I don't recommend this if your walls aren't consistently flat and smooth but it is very lovely once installed. ... show more

First of all, I almost made the same (easy to miss) mistake as the other people saying the paper didn't line up, but it actually DOES. It's just hard to see why just by eyeballing it too close up. After measuring the rows of shapes, I realized that they have ALTERNATING lengths and people were trying to line up short shapes with long shapes. They alternate rows between 11" and 11.5". After I realized that, I was able to very easily align the paper and you really can't see the seam besides one top row (that was due to user error because I have a weird pipe in the wall). COLOR: I ordered the "gold and dark teal" but I will say it is much darker than the picture, nearly black in some lights, especially under a cooler light like my kitchen. I do feel like the camera photographs it MORE black than it actually looks though, so I added a second picture comparing an ACTUAL black to the color of the paper. Don't be discouraged by other reviews regarding the print not lining up! Simple mistake and easily prevented! Just understand the color difference. I'm glad I took the chance and will be ordering another roll to finish the project. ... show more

Update to the update: I walked into my kitchen and it was all on the floor and stuck to my dog. I even tried a beautiful adhesive trim to help it stay up. Don't buy this. Update a month later: It's constantly peeling up. This was a bad idea. Using a blow dryer to tack it back is no longer working. Never again. I read the reviews. I knew better. I knew there would be some matching the colors and lines issues. I am in love with the color and design, so I couldn't resist. The reviews are true. As you can see in the pictures, up close the lines won't always match up. I wasted a lot of product trying to make that happen. It's a complete mystery to me as to why they don't. There's also some unpigmented edges on each side that make the lines of demarcation quite obvious. I've ordered 2 more rolls just to complete a half of my kitchen wall. I thought I'd do my entryway as well, but that would be mighty pricey at this rate. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I added this to only a small section. It seems to be holding up just fine. I will say, it sucks that for some reason it’s hard to align the shapes. It was frustrating and it took me a couple hours and lots of cutting of paper that I feel I should’ve been able to use, but if you love the design, get it.
