So I did a little research and diligence before actually buying these, and they(Amazon) told me that if there were any issues with them within the first 30 days, they(The seller, not Amazon) generally do handle returns or refunds within a certain window. There seem to be no issues with them; I'm pleased with the tires. I will continue to be pleased with them so long as they last at least one year or more with normal driving. I was happy with the price as it was more equitable for me & the fam than actually purchasing local, it cost about $125 to have the tires put on professionally with the proper machinery so if anybody does buy this set of tires take that into consideration if you don't have the proper tools at home to put them on correctly. Better safe than sorry, it will cost you anywhere from $80 to $125 to have them put on, but other than that, I would say give these tires a shot! If you get a bad batch, like I said, contact the seller or Amazon to help them get you a better set or get a refund, but in my experience and in my opinion, based on things currently, I'm pleased with the tires and think it was a good purchase thus far. Someone even said it felt like the vehicle was floating because the tires were riding so well upon installation so let's hope that's the case for at least the next year! 🤞 🤙 ... show more

I purchased this tire thinking it was a good deal, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Right after installation, my car started vibrating badly. The tire has a lump and doesn't make a proper circular shape, causing a bumpy and uncomfortable ride. The worst part is the customer service—they charge you 50% if you try to return it! This feels like a complete scam, as they are selling tires with significant issues. If you're on a budget, I suggest buying used tires instead. This tire is definitely not worth the price. I bought these for my Palisade and they are pretty good, although one tire actually has a radial defect which gives it a slight bump that I can feel and to return means unmounting all four. I would buy again to set the record straight.

I liked that it comes in set of 4 tires, fair price, quality of product is good. No more airing tires each day when they’re low. The only dislike is that the company that mounted & balance and alignment couldn’t offer hazard protection because they didn’t sell me the tires.
