  • Peace of Mind with Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers
Color: White Size: 4 Pack
As parents, ensuring the safety of our little explorers is always a top priority. That's why we turned to the Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers, and we've found them to be a reliable solution that provides much-needed peace of mind. Convenient and Effective: The Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers are a simple yet effective way to childproof our home. Once installed, they securely cover the door knob, preventing curious little hands from turning them and gaining access to off-limit areas. We've found them to be especially useful for rooms such as the laundry room and home office, where dangerous or fragile items are stored. Tricky to Install, but Secure Once On: While the installation process can be a bit tricky at first – requiring precise placement to ensure a snug fit – we appreciate that this also means the covers aren't easily removed by curious toddlers. Once properly installed, they provide a sturdy barrier that gives us confidence in their ability to keep our child safe. Some Limitations on Smaller Door Knobs: One minor issue we encountered was with smaller door knobs, where the cover's larger size posed a bit of a challenge. We had to maneuver them carefully to ensure a proper fit, which took a bit of trial and error. However, once in place, they still functioned effectively, albeit with a slightly bulkier appearance. Overall, a Helpful Childproofing Solution: In summary, the Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers have been a valuable addition to our childproofing arsenal. While they may require some patience during installation, their effectiveness in keeping our little one safe makes them well worth the effort. If you're looking for a convenient and reliable way to childproof your home, we highly recommend giving these door knob covers a try. ... show more

  • Work Super Well
Color: White Size: 4 Pack
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to others. From the moment I received it, I could tell that a lot of thought and attention went into the quality and design. It arrived exactly as described, was easy to use, and met all of my expectations. One thing that really stood out to me was how well-made and reliable it feels. I’ve been using it regularly and have had no issues so far. It performs exactly as intended and has made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day routine. I appreciate that it combines both functionality and convenience, which can be hard to find. Another positive is that it offers great value for the price. It’s clear that quality wasn’t sacrificed, and I feel like I got exactly what I paid for, if not more. The overall experience—from ordering to receiving and using the item—was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciate the attention to detail. Small features that might seem minor actually make a big difference in the overall experience and show that the product was designed with the customer in mind. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from this brand again. If you’re considering purchasing this item, I would definitely say it’s worth giving a try. It’s rare to find something that lives up to the hype, but this one certainly did. ... show more

  • Safe and easy to install
Color: White Size: 4 Pack
The Safety 1st Parent Grip Door Knob Covers are a simple but very effective childproofing tool, especially once toddlers start getting curious about every door in the house. They’re easy to install—just snap around most standard round door knobs—and they immediately make it much harder for little hands to turn the knob. The outer grip design is actually helpful for adults too, so you don’t feel like you’re fighting the cover every time you need to open a door. In daily use, they’ve worked well for keeping my toddler out of rooms that aren’t safe or just need to stay off-limits. They feel sturdy enough that I don’t worry about them cracking or popping off with normal use. The main downside is that they can feel a bit bulky visually, and not all door knob shapes fit perfectly. On some slightly larger or oddly shaped knobs, they may shift a little, but they still generally do their job. Overall, they’re an affordable, low-effort safety upgrade that gives a lot of peace of mind during the toddler “explore everything” stage. ... show more

  • Great… Until You Try Taking Them Off
Color: White Size: 4 Pack
Safety 1st really did their job with these door knob covers — like, too well. They absolutely stop little hands from opening doors, and for that, they get a solid 4/5. But taking them off as an adult? Pain. Struggle. Humbling experience. They snap on tight and do not want to leave, which is great for safety but annoying when you’re just trying to get into a room without fighting plastic. Still, they work exactly as advertised, they’re sturdy, and they blend in with most doors. Just be ready for a mini battle every time you need to remove one. Pros: Actually keeps kids out Sturdy and secure Neutral white design Cons: Taking them off = boss fight Slightly bulky ... show more

  • They work great!!!! 👍🏻 🚫👧🏻
Color: White Size: 4 Pack
These are great! I didn’t need to even have to look for the directions because they are self explanatory. They come in two pieces and you simply click them together on your door knob! That is all there is to it. Opening your door is simple for an adult or even an older child. All you have to do is put your thumb and your first finger on each hole to turn the knob. This is too complicated for little brains 🧠 to understand. It’s also too mature for little fingers to reach the holes at once to be able to turn the knob. I’ve had these on my doors for a couple months now and they are durable and have not fallen off yet. They are hard plastic and easy to clean and sanitize or if you want to remove them, they are very easy to remove. Also, you can still use the lock on your door knob, if you have a lock on it of course. You will need to have a specific door knob for these to work on. So if you have knobs that are too long or too thick they are not going to work. If you are using a standard door knob, they will fit. Adults will not have a difficult time turning the knob, there’s nothing to it really which makes this a great buy for someone trying to protect their toddlers from themselves Lol! This is a great price and will take care of four knobs, which would be the front and back of two doors or four separate doors that you don’t want a child to enter. I hope I helped you make your decision, have a great day!!! ... show more

  • Good for my 2yr old
Color: Gray Size: 4 Pack
Had them for a couple days now, so no long term experience. My 2 yr old started spinning it to get it off and couldn't. He really tried and I thought he would just break it off, but it is very child proof. I put one on my daughter's doorknob and I couldn't get it off. Serves its purpose well. Not hard to use the doorknob with it on. I would buy again. ... show more

  • Child And Adult Proof - Impossible To Get Off Once On - Works A Little Too Well
Color: Crystal Clear Size: 3 Pack
We've had these on for nearly a year. It feels like once they're on, they're on forever. The only way I got one off was by breaking it. I broke a sweat trying to get one of these off. I decided I didn't want it on the pantry door anymore because it was becoming an overstimulating interaction every day. We're a neurodivergent family, so we can't afford to be slowed down by certain things. We've baby-proofed where needed, but we've had to get creative so it doesn't keep us out too and drain our spoons. They spin, make noise, and I've often struggled to get into the pantry to get food. The food thing is hard enough; making it harder to access only makes it worse. I get wanting something secure that a child can't get off, but it makes it extremely difficult to take off if you change your mind or no longer need it. This product is not accessible or neurodivergent-friendly. There were times it took three tries or more to grip the pantry door, and by the time I got in, I was exhausted and didn't want to bother making anything anymore. I still have them on the doorknobs in important places, like the front door and the door that leads out to the garage. I don't want to waste money buying new ones to replace the current ones. Just leaving the others on for now. -SS ... show more
