The media could not be loaded. 🧻My PCOS causes an excessive amount of blood loss my monthly lasts for over a week, but the first few days are the most crucial since these adult diapers are essential (sadly regular menstrual pads cannot withstand my ridiculously heavy flow). Thanks to these diapers I'm now able to fall asleep at night without fearing that I'll overflow or stain my bed/clothes/plushie. Unfortunately, these are quite crinkly/noisy and incredibly huge so when I have to wear them in public spaces, like on campus, I combat this by either wearing oversized frilly/ruffled lolita pumpkin shorts or low crotch adult onesies/aka kigurumis thanks to that so far no one's noticed that I'm wearing them. Although, thanks to the plastic exterior, I've yet to experience any sort of overflow/leaks. while wearing them and there's no permeating scent as long as the diaper stays on since they fit me well enough so that even when I toss and turn in my sleep nothing spills out. *I really hope they create a variation of this diaper that's like a pair of boy shorts or better yet long legged boxers that have an elastic around the waist and legs so that it can function as a type of pull ups, since, whenever it's physically possible for me to... I much prefer to go to the restroom 🚽when it's immediately accessible. 🧻 Also, on occasion, due to my other health issues... There are instances where I struggle with urine/bowel incontinence and may require using adult diapers outside of the context of menstruation (these adult diapers are as good as the protection I'd get with TREST Elite Briefs when accidentally 🥺 myself). Anyhow, since the print on these are cute it makes me feel less infirm/ashamed to wear a medically necessary item, although I genuinely wish I didn't have to wear adult diapers... well the fact of the matter is that they have greatly improved my diminishing quality of life and look kinda cute especially when compared to other alternatives like the prescribed pharmacy type adult diapers that were being pushed to me, or the one's from the local supermarket that are less expensive, but don't function any better than a regular menstrual pad would. Locally available variations of disposable briefs aren't capable of handling my monthly flow/incontinence. These adult diapers offer me the support I need while also maintaining some air of dignity. Anyhow, I only wish that these weren't so expensive since my parents and I are really struggling to find the means to afford them, for now I have to limit myself to using these mainly when I'm on my monthly and outside of that context I tend to just do my best to bring along an extra change of clothes/undergarments, life is too expensive and I just can't... 😞💸 ... show more

These may be expensive but I do kind of understand why, you pay for quality comfort and absorption as well as design. The design is super cute and my favorite is the kitty cat. The tapes are as quality as similar products from other companies you may want some extra clear tape or duct tape (if you don't mind covering the design a little) especially if you want to adjust more than once and plan on wearing for more than 6 hours. These are amazing for night time use and in home but the crinkle noise is very loud and they are bulky to hide under clothes so you won't be stealthy in these. pros: comfortable, incredibly absorbent, good at controlling odor, super cute print, great fit. cons: tapes are not really refastenable since the adhesive gives up after 2-3 retapes. super crinkly and fairly loud (i happen to actually like this but some may not find it very discreet.) price is a bit high given the mediocre tapes. overall i love these diapers but I wish they had wider tapes with better adhesive. If you choose to buy them, invest in a roll of diaper tape just to give it a secure boost should you need to retape. Even given their tape issues I cannot recommend these enough. ... show more

I'm an AB/DL and am now a 'needs' patient due to diabetes. LOVE this diaper! I use full mat when at home and these easily match any other 'big name' medical diapers. I LOVE the print! Can't wait to order sleepy time diapers. I'm waiting for a couple of packs of all white diapers from Little for Big :-) MY ONLY COMPLAINT: I LOVE the standing guards inside the diaper, but out of two packs, both feel like there's left over glue and it sticks to me and I have to pull it off. I doesn't ruin the diaper, but I'd rather not have it. THESE ARE STILL MY TOP DIAPER! They are CHEAPER than the high end medical diaper and work BETTER! This diaper is designed for comfort above all else. I have never worn a diaper quite like this one. While I'm not ABDL, diapers made for this community often work quite well for people with significant incontinence (I buy diapers for incontinence, but regular store brands are horrible). This diaper is really absorbent too. It handled a 4-hour hike with no problem. They don't bunch up when wet and the plastic is smooth enough that it doesn't chafe when I walk.
