So picked this up on a whim and pleasantly surprised at this soap. I was actually caught offguard a little bit by the size of this thing. I believe I mentally had in my head a normal smaller bottle of soap. And not trying to say this is huge. But it is a pretty decent size bottle that I assume will last a long time. So I typically like writing about the negatives first. And really, the only negative I can think of is the girth of the bottle. If you are very limited on counter space, this may be too big. That really is the only negative which I believe most people will not have any problem with. For the positives. The first thing I want to say is the smell is amazing. I am not a lavender person, and this does smell of lavender. But it is a very subtle lavender smell that blends in nicely with the sandlewood. The bottle also looks really nice with the graphics and the gold cap area. It looks like it was made to stay displayed and not a soap you get just to put into another dispenser. Lastly, the amount of soap you get is pretty great and you will not have to worry about running out anytime soon. So overall I would highly reccomend this to anyone. My biggest compliment has to be the smell of it as it does smell fantastic. Also after using it your hands do have that softer and clean feel to it. There is no after effect of feeling like soap is still there or anything like that. I have never used a safeguard product before, but I think I will start being a repeat customer after how nice this soap is. ... show more

This 16 oz bottle feels like a good value for the price. I also like the matte lavender-toned packaging, which looks more intentional on the counter than standard hand soap bottles. The lavender and sandalwood scent is the highlight — floral and woody without lingering too long. My only issue is that it feels drying on my hands, similar to more industrial soaps. I needed to apply lotion afterward. No one else in my household had the same complaint, but it was noticeable for me. I have this in my bathroom right now, and every time I use it I’m honestly amazed at how fresh and clean my hands smell afterward. The Lavender & Sandalwood scent is calming without being overpowering — just a soft, spa‑like fragrance that lingers in a really pleasant way. This Skin Zen formula washes away lots of bacteria. Even in this cold weather, it never leaves my hands feeling dry or chapped, which is a huge plus. The natural moisturizers and 2X skin conditioners really do their job, keeping my hands soft even with frequent washing. The soap itself creates a rich, creamy lather that feels luxurious and rinses clean without residue. It’s also pH‑balanced, so it’s safe for the whole family and perfect for everyday use. The bottle is a nice big 16 oz size, so it lasts a good while — great value for something that looks and feels a bit more elevated than your typical hand soap. This liquid hand soap is a great addition to my guest bathroom. The scent is pleasant, although the smell of lavender is far more prominent than the sandalwood, in my opinion. It lathers quickly and my hands feel clean and soft after use. I appreciate that it has two skin conditioners because my skin tends to be on the dry side. The bottle also looks very nice in my bathroom. I love the little gold detail around the dispenser. I was pleasantly surprised by this soap. My hands have been extremely dry this winter from cold weather, running the heater constantly, and frequent handwashing. Even with regular lotion use, my hands have still been struggling, and this soap actually made a noticeable difference. The soap comes out clear but turns white as you rub it into your hands, which I found interesting. It foams up nicely without feeling harsh and rinses clean without leaving residue. The lavender and sandalwood scent is very mild and pleasant, not overpowering at all. After washing, my hands feel soft and moisturized rather than tight or stripped. There is a conditioning feel, but it is not greasy or heavy. This has been a great option for frequent handwashing during dry winter months, and I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this soap. The first thing I noticed was the size- its a very large bottle, and a single pump is concentrated enought to wash hands, meaning there are a great number of uses per bottle. The soap is soft yet foams well, it has an almost aloe-gel like texture, but thicker. It feels very hydrating and foams well without stripping moisture. It smells more floral gummy bear-ish than a true herbal, but is nonetheless pleasant. Overall I think thisnprovdies great value. Plus, the bottle is cute enough for the guest bathroom! ... show more

This soap comes in a hefty 16oz bottle - plenty to last. It is listed as moisturizing and conditioning soap, so I was surprised that it was clear! Despite the translucency, It does in fact leave my hands feeling plenty moisturized. It is a thicker scrub and takes a little more time to lather than soaps I usually use. I think that's fine though, because it helps make sure I'm sticking around to wash my hands properly. My biggest qualm (which may be a plus to others!) is that the scent really sticks around. I appreciated the floral, lavender fragrance as I was washing my hands. I did not appreciate having to continue to smell it for an hour afterwards as I get scent headaches fairly easily. The price seems fair for the amount of soap that you receive and the added moisturizing effects. I won't be picking this one up again, but if the fragrance aspect is for you - it is a good hand soap! ... show more
