But I'm 6' 240 pounds 36" waist and a wide chest, and the wood chair sides can get a little uncomfortable after a while. I put a chaise cushion on it though and it's perfect now. They look great and feel decently constructed, if a little hastily finished. I like that you can replace the fabric if it wears out, and they look really nice around the fire pit and on the deck. They've held up a couple months with no issues, and I suspect with proper storage and care they'll last a few years or more even in the Pacific NW. ... show more

Very attractive chairs look well mad of quality material and workmanship but a week after setting them up one of the round bars that slips into plastic stops on each side broke. This has made the chair unsafe, so we threw it away. We still have 3 left so we shall see how long those hold up fyi

These chairs are a great dupe for a more expensive brand. I was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed them. They are well made and very comfortable. Fast forward to three years later and they are not looking so hot. The wood is not teak so it has cracked here and there and the material is not sunbrella so it has significantly faded. All in all I would recommend if you are looking for the look for less and are ok with them not looking amazing years down the line. ... show more

Updated review to 2 stars: I’m bummed to say these only lasted two summers of sunny use, (they were stored inside over winter.) Just pulled them out and one chair frame is about to collapse from cracking. I expected a couple more years of use, but sadly these were not as sturdy as I’d hoped. Many pros for these chairs: they are the perfect size, they deliver full assembled, the wood feels sturdy and high quality, and they are great to read in with a little pillow behind your head. Very comfy! Sadly, there is one big con if you purchase the gray stripe (or likely any color): the gray faded to a very 80s mauvish purple almost immediately, a color I really did not want. I would highly recommend anyone buying these to get cream fabric, because it cannot stand up to any sun whatsoever. Thankfully I was able to find very inexpensive replacement fabric that works GREAT with the chair set up on another site (think auctions.) All you have to go is pull out the little wooden rods that hold the fabric in place, and slip the new fabric on. Took two seconds. ... show more
