We LOVE this rug! It’s the perfect shade of pepto bismol meets hot pink! However, this is not a plush/soft rug. It is dense and kind of scratchy, you can kind of tell based on the picture of the close up. We have another Safavieh rug and we LOVE IT and the other model is much softer. Even though we don’t love how scratchy it is, we love this rug and don’t have plans to return it. Did smell a little chemical-y upon arrival but that has faded. You will need non slip grip pad for this rug. So TLDR if you’re looking for a shag that’s dense and colorful, this is it! This is my second time ordering this rug. I had the first for over 5 years and it was in great shape, but our new puppy finally made me want to replace it. The rug is so soft and lays flat within a couple hours. I do recommend a rug pad to help it not slide around. Ships fast and no shedding.

I absolutely love this milan rug, I had bought one 5 years ago. And loved it, but moved to a farm and tried to clean it by pressure washing it. Bad idea. It got moldy and stinks. We tried to use another rug while waited to take it to the dry cleaners* fingers crossed*. We couldn't wait. We ended up buying another one to replace it.
