I am often nervous about buying items and looks and colors aren't exactly as described. I got exactly what I was hoping for. Rug is low pile and very soft. Colors are dark gray, gray, and whitish gray. Looks almost silver. Laid flat instanly.

For reference, I ordered the ivory/silver in 6x9. After ordering and returning several rugs from other companies, I was really hoping to love this rug - and I do! It’s exactly as pictured/described and a great price. This rug is also OEKO-TEX certified, which is important to me, although I didn’t see that mentioned on the Amazon listing (I reached out to Safavieh directly, and there is an OEKO-TEX label on the underside of the rug). I do not have a rug pad underneath, as my couch keeps the rug in place. It was a bit bumpy from being rolled when it first arrived, but I set some heavy-ish boxes on top to help it lay flat more quickly. From my photos you may also notice that the colors do change depending on the direction of the lighting that hits it. Sometimes the pattern is a bit more prominent, and other times it’s extremely subtle and almost non-existent, which I like. It’s not an overly soft rug, but it looks great in my space and was a great price. I’m glad I went for the slightly larger size, and it was nice knowing I could return for free if it didn’t meet my expectations.

I love the design and color of the rug, but sadly the quality is a little subpar. I purchased the runner first and really liked it with no problems. I then bought the 6x9 and this is when I noticed some issues with the rug. The edges of the rug were crooked and the length of the rug varied in different places. It just looked weird. I sent it back twice for replacements and the third one was finally nice enough that I kept it, although not perfect. I like the design, I just wish the quality was a little better.

I loved the rug when I first recieved it. For some reason, it looks darker, more of a medium gray color rather than light ivory being the prominent color. Maybe it's the pile and when walked over it changes the look of it. The rug isnt thick and plush, I knew this but I may purchase a pad to fatten it up a little more. The light ivory color and distinct gray pattern combination was a perfect match with my furniture and small space. Now the gray doesn't seem to be as bold since the overall color now is somewhat gray all over. The rug is new, I live alone and haven't walked on the rug much so it's not soiled.

Amazing value for the money. I purchased the charcoal/ivory in an 8x10. The color, while beautiful, isn’t exactly charcoal. It’s more of a grayish/taupe. It appears it will be very easy to vacuum. It is fairly flat (not plush) as I was expecting (and looking for). I laid it a few days ago and it still isn’t laying 100% flat. It was rolled very tightly for shipping. I anticipate it will flatten over a little more time. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

This rug is not the quality I was expecting, it is very thin and because of that it does not lay flat right away the way that a rug normally does. The colors are more gray than cream also.
