  • Excellent buyers guide to saddles
Format: Paperback
I bought this book so that I could learn more about western saddles and know how to shop for one. I wanted to be able to look at a saddle or a picture of one and ID how it was built, what different features it has, etc. This book is an excellent resource for this purpose. The author is light, straight forward, and makes things easy to understand. Best of all the book is small and can easily be carried around- so take it shopping with you to serve as a reference. After reading this book I purchased a DVD by the author- a guide to saddle making and design. Overall it is a really great source of info on western saddles and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more so that they can shop smart. ... show more

  • It’s ok
Format: Paperback
Some of the information is good. It could’ve been written better. Some of the information refers to previously discussed information…. There are a few times were said information was not discussed previously.
