Continuously charge it back when you get done with playing and the bicycle will hold the charge impeccably. I dread putting everything together these days. I didn’t look forward to assembling this bike at all. I hoped that with the instructions and the video, it would be a breeze. It wasn’t. The illustrations were hard to follow, and the video didn’t fully show the position/direction of the bike in each step. As a result, I made some mistakes. I had to watch the video numerous times to determine how the bike should be positioned in certain steps so I could undo what I did. This is a two-person job. Trying to get the Bluetooth connected was an act of frustration! I couldn’t find anything in the manual about how to connect it unless my friend and I totally missed it. You need to know the device name you’re trying to connect to. I had all kinds of device names pop up in my Bluetooth list, many of which were obviously my neighbor’s. So, it took way too long to find the one that belonged to the bike. It is MM665BT, which gives you no clue at all that it belongs to the bike. I knew I’d have to charge it up right away, but to my surprise, the battery was fully charged! However, if you’ve never owned a kid’s electric bike, you must charge it every month even when you don’t use it. So, I’ll have to remove the battery before I take the bike to my storage unit so I can charge it monthly. Once the bike was ready to go, it looked super cool. I got it for a great-niece who is 5 years old. She was so excited when she saw it! She got on it and took off without any issues after I assured her that the training wheels would keep her upright. There is a music button on the bike, but the music selection is horrible. Some of the music is in a language other than English. My niece said the music sounds like it’s for a baby, and who would want to listen to this? The volume is very low, which makes it hard to hear the music. I’m going to connect via Bluetooth to music I know she likes the next time she rides it. We’ll see if she can hear it as she rides. Overall, it’s a fun bike for young kids. It doesn’t go very fast, which is good, but it is plenty fast for kids 4-6 years old. I like that the training wheels do not touch the ground simultaneously, so the child has the sense of balancing independently. They also give the child the security that they won’t fall over when turning the wheel. I can see those coming off in a short period of time. ... show more

What better gift than a kid-friendly dirt bike for your children? Honestly, when I first checked the speed, I thought it would be too slow, but it turned out to be just right! My 7-year-old and 5-year-old are obsessed with it. Plus, it comes with training wheels, so the younger ones don't have to worry about falling off. This is best suited for a 3-4 year old honestly. It is very slow with one speed but great for learning. I have another brand that is 3 speed that does 3 , 8, and 12 MPH. An average size 5 year old will get very bored with this fast. Assembly is okay and the battery lasts. My grandchild wasn't interested in the Bluetooth or music features. Kids just want to hop on and ride. Make sure you are on a level surface and it will not go very well in damp grass. It's an ok starter but upgrading to a 24v will last much longer. ... show more
