I used this once a week on my back & my arms. I work a physical job and I am recovering from a car accident. It helps tremendously. I use with Lubriderm lotion. Use it going one direction until you start to get red and then stop. You don’t need a lot of pressure. Do it a few times a week but wait between days. Drink lots of water on the days you use this. It’s loosening up on your muscle juice to help them move around more. Cons:I don’t love the weird brown felt case. I think it’s ugly. But the tool does the job! Recommend! ... show more

Dealing with plantar fasciitis and this tool has been recommended to work with. Of course I read reviews for the SAME STYLE tool and one person recommended another brand because others he had tried weren't as heavy and weren't stainless steel. I watched some you tube videos for instructions on how to use this for my heel pain. The first 2 minutes is painful. May I push too hard? But after that it doesn't hurt. I work in the sports medicine field and wanted to get a cheaper version for myself and see if it was an option to use at work. This is a good IASTM tool but it is a little sharp on the edges so recommended to use lotion. All in all good for the price but I might try for a better model later.
