I use these for my water aerobics and they're great! They run on the big side, so I would say you can order .5-1 size down. The good thing is they stay on your feet no matter what because of the strap on the back and you can tighten the velcro strap on the top. I use them for water class that I attend daily. They are smooth on the inside of the soles, unlike my previous water shoes, which were not as comfortable with their ridged inside soles. They are light and easy to dry, so I don’t have to worry about mildew.
