Seems solid. Very much like the silicon mat for cleaning cast iron pans, skillets. Fairly thin build. Had to replace the strainer due to plastic nut stripping upon tightening. Way too soft material even using a spade bit that fit the slots and hand tightening. Once done, everything fit perfectly.

first, when I received it a 4 inch piece of the upper right corner was broken off. second, I thought it would have a smoother finish. third, it's thinly made. be careful not to drop anything heavy into the sink. I do like the sink. The hardest part was removing the old under mount sink and cutting the granet counter top. I had to build a tent so I could confine the dust. and use a industrial fan to such it out of the house. ... show more

The sink looks great and was easy to install. However, every little thing scrapes the surface and it stains SO easily. In less than 3 months some stains are permanent and I havenโ€™t found any products to remove them. I am fairly certain this is not a composite as advertised. Composite sinks are renowned fir being scratch and stain resistant. I love how roomy the sink is and the overall look, but Iโ€™m incredibly disappointed by this purchase. Buyer be ware! ... show more
