I ordered this jacket while in the hospital, and a little delirious as I thought if I make it out of here, which I did it was a bit of a false alarm, I want something nice to be delivered when I come home, and I happened to need a jacket. I was not disappointed by this jacket, but more...whelmed. The quality is nice, albeit not amazing. I got the army green, and I think I was expecting the texture to feel a bit better quality in person, but it was a bit cheaper than I expected. I would say that it is still worth about the price of $40, but if it was any more I would say it probably was not worth it. I do like the accented dark beige/light brown colored collar, as it makes the army green look a bit less like a Russian old film military coat, but I would have actually preferred some more dark beige/light brown accents on the wrists or on the buttons or something. Maybe it was just the color, but overall it just felt more plain than I expected based off of the photos. I did get a large, and I am 5' 10.5" and about 170 to 175 lbs on average, and it fit well.

The trench coat for its actual purpose of keeping you dry, works well. But, if you’re trying to style this with an outfit the material isn’t the best. If you don’t care about the looks and feel, go for it. But as a fashion sense it doesn’t hit the mark for the price, much better options.

The coat lays nicely over sweaters, and it gives a clean, dressed-up style without feeling stiff. The fabric isn’t heavy wool, more of a lighter, smooth material..so it works well for fall or layering. Still nice and warm. The belt and double-breasted design make it look more expensive than it is. At 6ft tall it’s the perfect mid length. Suede like collar is a classy bonus. A classic coat that looks good with casual or semi-formal wear.

This trench coat is styled in the classic way except for the soft brown collar. The length is perfect for my height and build. Overall the quality is good and made of the type of material one would expect for a stormy day involving wind and rain. As for me, I like the classic styling and the fact that it’s not quite as heavy and thick as the military issued Navy Pea Coat.

Full Disclosure: This product was received for free as part of the Vine Program. This Runcati trench coat is a stylish and comfortable piece that hits the mark as a classic fall jacket. It has a sharp look and serves as a great transitional overcoat for when the weather starts to cool down. Key Observations: Style & Comfort: The coat looks great and feels comfortable to wear. The classic double-breasted, notched lapel design is timeless, and the "Apricot" color is a versatile choice for an autumn wardrobe. Fit & Sizing: I ordered a size Medium, and the fit was comfortable and what I would expect from a standard medium. It wasn't overly tight or baggy and allowed for a layer underneath without feeling bulky. Material & Warmth: This is the most important aspect to note—the fabric is on the thinner side. It's an ideal weight for crisp fall days and evenings, but it is not insulated or thick enough to provide adequate warmth for true winter cold. Consider it a three-season coat for spring and fall. Condition on Arrival: The coat had some wrinkles from being folded in transit, which is common. I used my LG Styler, and it steamed them out perfectly in one cycle. If you don't have a steamer, a quick pass with an iron on a low setting would likely be needed to get it looking its best right out of the package. Conclusion: This is a very nice, lightweight trench coat that delivers on style and comfort. If you're looking for a fashionable outer layer for the fall season, this is an excellent choice. Just be aware that it's a lighter jacket and not intended for heavy winter use.
