I bought this for my daughter who's been asking to wear makeup like mommy. This lip balm is perfect as a starter product - it gives just a subtle hint of color without looking overdone. The pink guava shade is really pretty and natural looking on her lips. She loves the fruity scent and the fact that she can apply it herself easily with the push-up design. The texture is smooth and not sticky at all, which is important since she tends to touch her face a lot. I appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients and is specifically formulated to be safe for kids. It does provide good moisture for her lips, especially during the winter months when they tend to get dry. The compact size fits perfectly in her little purse for school. My only minor complaint is that it doesn't last quite as long as I'd hoped - she needs to reapply it a few times throughout the day. But for the gentle formula and kid-friendly design, I think that's a fair trade-off. It's been great for dress-up play and makes her feel grown up without any of the harsh chemicals found in adult cosmetics. Would definitely recommend for other parents looking for a safe first makeup experience.

I know that this lip balm is advertised as being for kids but as a 43 year old woman, when I saw how the lip balm looked, I just couldn't resist ordering it for myself. Imagine my surprise when I saw the box that the balm came in. It's just as pretty as the balm itself. Now the fact that it is meant for kids, I was worried that the way it looked would be the only good thing about it but I was so wrong. The formula of this balm is so hydrating and makes my lips feel so amazing. It has a very slight tint to it but it's super subtle and just kinda darkens your natural lip shape just a smidge. I really love that the top of the balm is molded into a shape of a heart as it matches the top of the balm lid. You can really tell that the company put a lot of thought and effort into every aspect of this balm and the box. I've been using this balm now every day since ordering it and it's easily become my absolute favorite. This is actually really surprising for me as well because normally I hate using lip balms. All the most popular lip balms you would find in American drug stores dry my lips out horribly if I use them more than a couple times which results in me having to add them more often and constantly. Because of this, I completely stopped using lip balms and only used lip masks until discovering this balm. Now the only thing I'm not a fan of with this balm is the price. I normally would never spent this much on a balm but considering how good this balm is and how long it's been lasting for me, I would definitely order this balm again. This balm is fantastic and is great for any age including children!
