I've been using this watch for a week and the truth is that it has surprised me for the better. The heart rate monitor is quite accurate, I will compare it to the gym and similar data. It also has the function to measure blood oxygen, which I think is a plus, especially when I feel tired or after training. The pedometer (step counter) is what I use the most and motivates me to move more during the day. The app where the data is synced is easy to use and gives you a daily summary of everything. The battery lasts several days without having to charge it, which is very appreciated. And the design is comfortable, light, and goes with everything, so I wear it all day without a problem. In short, if you are looking for an affordable watch that helps you keep basic control of your health, this is a very good option. Recommended!

This watch is so cute and dainty, love the color- also it was easy to set up I charged it and then connected it via Bluetooth to my phone- there’s an app that you can use along with it if you chose in AppStore. It has a pretty simple interface that I like and I bought mine on to keep track of my daily steps and activities as well as my blood pressure 😌 it does all that plus I can read incoming messages and skip my music while I’m on the go 10/10 it does everything I need it to for a great price😬 quality of the watch is nice and the battery life if awesome- no regrets from me

I purchased this to help me stay on track with my step goal. The distance/step counter is not accurate which is pretty disappointing for me. I walk on a track and treadmill so I know how far I’m going and sometimes this will be off by almost a whole mile (I walk 4.5 miles minimum, daily, to get 10k steps). Not sure what I could be doing wrong, as I’ve seen some reviews saying it is accurate, but I have tried tightening it on my wrist and loosening it with no real difference. I do like the heart rate and O2 feature so I decided to not return it. Haven’t used it to track sleep so I can’t speak on that. The battery life is also great. 3 stars is pushing it for me, since it’s really not useful for the reason I purchased it.
