They aren't boots they are straps that can fit up above your sport boots if you use those. Realistically you could use anywhere not just on legs. Straps are awesome. 2 in my package came and didn't work and the company quickly made it right and sent me new set which came very quickly. THANK YOU! They are bright and fun! You can leave them on steady or in 2 different flashing modes. This picture is in a bright arena and you could see them no problem. Thank you!!

I bicycle and walk to work whenever I can't bike (too snowy, rainy, etc). These things looked like just the ticket to light up my "biological motion" while I walk or bicycle -- biological motion indicators on moving joints has been found to be perceived best by the human brain (aka the drivers of cars). Unfortunately I've got thick ankles and calves so they just quite didn't reach. This was easily solved by taking a 2-3 inch length of velcro I had laying around and attaching it to the existing velcro to lengthen it. Works a treat! Would be nice if they were rechargeable... would pay extra. But they were pretty darn cheap and better than any bicycling-specific gear.

These are the best. Easy to put on and take off. Very viable and my child loves them! Makes the horse viable to traffic, but I can also easily spot her. A must for any rider who goes out alone or comes home near dusk.

This was for Halloween, but now use them in the afternoon rides that seem to get longer and later so then its dusky and the traffic as a winter retreat and tourist town means the traffic has doubled around the area of the horses, plus new home owners in the area haven't figured out to slow down in this very family, dog and a pair of horses quite neighborhood.
