They aren't boots they are straps that can fit up above your sport boots if you use those. Realistically you could use anywhere not just on legs. Straps are awesome. 2 in my package came and didn't work and the company quickly made it right and sent me new set which came very quickly. THANK YOU! They are bright and fun! This was for Halloween, but now use them in the afternoon rides that seem to get longer and later so then its dusky and the traffic as a winter retreat and tourist town means the traffic has doubled around the area of the horses, plus new home owners in the area haven't figured out to slow down in this very family, dog and a pair of horses quite neighborhood. ... show more

Unfortunately only two of the straps are lighting up the other two seem to have a short and work when they are first turned on sometimes and then they turn off. I wish they all worked and or could count on them to work fully. They where an expensive investment for them not all to function properly.
