Was sent 2 of the same costumes.. Miles Morales costume missing and gloves... which was really a bummer for my 5 year old on Christmas morning because Miles Morales is his favorite... Don't order from Imagine by Rubies!!

Opened box for my sons 4th birthday to find that the Miles Morales costume wasn’t in the box. He was beyond disappointed we are now in the position where he wants to keep the Spider-Man and Venom and we don’t know if we should return the whole thing and create even more sadness and disappointment. I can’t even begin to tell you how mad my wife and I were to have him cry like that on his birthday. Just aggravating. ... show more

I wasn’t expecting great quality but I did expect a bit better than I received. The stitching around the eyes are loose and messy and there are many loose threads on the venom shirt. I didn’t even bother opening the other shirts because the sizing is definitely not for a kid 44-48” tall. I have included a photo of the venom shirt against an extra small 4/5 shirt. The trunk meant to store the costumes had mailing tape haphazardly wrapped around it and some of the box was damaged. ... show more

Package was ripped but the outer box was fine the tops were very small and short perfect size for 3 year old maybe a 5 year old but 7 and 9 not at all very disappointed
