I ordered this item for my daughter's birthday party and we loved the ensemble, however it was way too big. It came with everything described and would have been much more adorable had it fit properly. My daughter just turned 7 and has been wearing size 7 clothes for length for the last 6 months. I ordered her the size 5-7 thinking it would fit snug as she is at the top of the size and was clearly wrong. Lengthwise it fit perfectly but she needs to be about twice her size in girth to fill out the costume. It was very baggy. Even the wristbands were loose. The boot covers on her was unfortunately also very loose but with her being skinny everywhere else by the time we got to them it was no surprise. We did not use them at all but did notice there was no band of non slip grip to help keep them up if we had used them. Something to think about if you order the costume. The golden lasso that comes with it does not come off and is braided cord. It looks alright for a kids costume but she wanted to be able to take it off an play with it. Purchasing another one and trimming off the attached one would be advised. If we had more time to ship it back to swap out for a smaller size, I would have. Hopefully she fills it out more by Halloween and is still interested in Wonder Woman. ... show more

Soft, pretty well made in a mass production sort of way. The sizing "del child lg" was not specified (toddler large? child large?). My daughter is 6.5 and about average height and healthy weight. This is probably a size 8-10, possibly 10-12. I folded the extra material under the belt and fastened the belt tightly around to keep it held. The belt is WAY too big. I used a bobby pin to hold it tighter. My daughter loves to dress up and since she'll use it for awhile, we're good with the larger size. The leotard and cape are the best of the bunch. I thought the "boots" would only work with bare feet, but my daughter somehow managed to make them work over her crocks so she could run around outside. Elastic keeps the fabric created "boots" up successfully. The wrist bands do the job: gunmetal gray, velcro closure, about 2" wide. (We did buy gold wrist bands separately from another Amazon Prime vendor. The gold ones are much wider, covering nearly three-quarters of my daughter's arm. So, those are the ones that get used. I made the mistake of looking at Amazon with my daughter. Had she not seen the more prominent gold wrist bands, she would've been perfectly happy with the ones included.) The Lasso Of Truth is around 2 ft and could not be made into a lasso; definitely for looks and not for rounding up bad guys. One could have a great time creating an awesome, longer version of Wonder Woman's lasso. For a costume this is good quality. Far better than the plastic, stretchy things one can buy at a Halloween store. ... show more

She loved her superhero costume. I had to do several modifications to get it to fit. Some light hand sewing and pinning on the headband and belt. I sewed some ribbon around the edges of the velcro on the cape because the plastic corners on the velcro tabs were poking the neck, and really needs redone with more length as it is very small in the neck. The boot covers that came with in no way were usable. They were almost adult sized. I don't know what was up with that. I wish the cape was better quality. I bought this intending for it to be used after halloween as well for dress up play. The cape has fraying on edges and is super thin. I am either going to have to get another or do some more sewing. I was glad it looked more accurate than other wonder woman costumes and came with the rope. One thing we did was put some gold/yellow tights underneath it that helped with modesty and cold weather. Overall glad to have gotten it. She got complements everywhere she went. ... show more

My daughter is the average 6 year old in size and the medium fit well. The waist was a bit loose, remedied by the belt. The boots came up to knee and fit great but only lasted through one night of Mickey's Halloween Party at Disneyland. We are going to have to sew on some new elastic and try to wash them somehow. I wish the ties around the neck were a bit longer. Other than that she wore the costume for 8 hours at Disneyland and loved every minute of it - was never uncomfortable and got a billion compliments (which I think was mostly due to her awesome adult-size WW wig, which we also bought on amazon.) And for those who comment that it's inappropriate: we saw lots of little Wonder Women in the skirt costumes and all I could think was "ice capades." It is not high cut nor inappropriate. it covers more than most leotards or bathing suits. P.S. WW did not wear a skirt. ... show more

    • Read before you order! Wonder Woman size info
I purchased this costume for my daughter. It is as adorable in person as in the picture, but the leotard portion runs a small. You may consider getting a size larger than what your child normally wears. The leotard is very short, so it stop under her boobies. So even tying it extra doesn't help. Due to not having the time to exchange it, we bought a royal blue simple tank top and wore it under and that looked and functioned fine. Was even easier than me sewing extra fabric on. also added some elastic on the top of the shoe covers. They wanted to fold down constantly. Easy fix. The belt that goes around the waist was huge. It's like the costume was made for a M&M lol. All of the other pieces fit perfectly, which made me know it was a size S and not mis marked. Hope this information helps you make your decision on which one to buy. We love ours with the few tweaks that we had to make. We had also bought a batgirl (purple & yellow).
