I wore this for Halloween this past year. The material was nice. It created a thickness since the top is layered and the skirt was layered to give it a good floof. The quality was good and it fit well on my arms sometimes costumes are tight on the arms, but I didn’t have that problem with this. It went up on the neck as pictured. I paired it with two braids, red heels, and a bunch of blush. I got endless compliments on how much I looked like the character. The only problem was the back of the neck is velcro and won't stay shut so I had to use a safety pin but other than that, the outfit was perfect.

This was the perfect costume for Dorothy! I got a lot of compliments and it went on sale for just a dollar! I used this for a church event and the standard was super appropriate length and fit wise. I’m 127 lbs and 5’2 and the standard size was a perfect fit! (Especially if it’s windy etc) The delivery was also pretty fast. The only complaint for me that was annoying was the back collar that’s Velcro kept coming undone and I had to safety pin it to have it from opening constantly. Other than that, get it! The costume is very basic, but it will get the job done for a Wizard of Oz theme party. It’s snug in the sleeves, but it fits well everywhere else. For reference, I am 5’6”; 135lbs (I ordered the Standard). Note that this costume DID NOT come with the hair bows, as advertised - at least mine didn’t.
