Very poorly designed and the fabric is stiff and thin. The top of the cape around the shoulders is cut and sewn like a garment bag, so it sticks out away from the body in a very odd way. This is truly a costume piece that should not be intended for wear many times. It is not of a very high quality, but is fine for a costume. The biggest issue is the attachment around the neck where the mechanism can be difficult for those with a large neck.
