Balloons are more of a bronze, not burnt orange. I used them for our graduation lunch, and they are fine, but definitely not burnt orange. Also, the balloons may inflate to 12”, but not if you want to tie them off. You can not inflate to full size and still be able to tie them off at the bottom. In completing a balloon arch, the balloons kept popping and some were different shapes. There's only 70 in a bag and I needed all of the balloons. I had to make it work with adding more black balloons that were purchased somewhere else.
