Functionally, this product works extremely well. Sturdy, strong, sized perfectly, and it's my adult son's favorite color. Bought mostly for the size, color and need, but half as a nod to a family joke. Our youngest loves GREEN. This just happened to be perfect on all counts.

Rubbermaid quality means it's going to last a very long time with normal use. Had a similiar sized other brand that cracked after two years. I have a blue Rubbermaid bin that's been in use over 13 years an really glad I could find this. Very much dislike having to replace a bin due to materials degrading. I used to use Trader Joes bags to collect recycling but ran out since the lockdown, so I got this bin instead. It's about the same size as a Trader Joes bag. Most of these bins come in black or bright blue, but I prefer the green in my kitchen. It's easy to clean and will last forever.
