I bought three of these from a big-box store in 2007. Very sturdy and long lasting. One of them was stored outside, and probably deteriorated from the hot Arizona sun, so I bought this one as a replacement. I paid a lot less the first time, but that was 17 years ago. Still worth the money.

So you bought yourself a bucket. Well, hopefully you bought this Rubbermaid one, because when I opened the box, and I’m still a little bit surprised at my reaction. Myself, I was pleasantly surprised at how well built and substantial a simple bucket could be. In today’s world it’s not hard to find cheap Low quality products but I’m happy to report that this is not one of them. I specifically bought this bucket utilize it during vehicle fluid changes and I needed the measurement on the inside, so I know exactly how much fluid on dealing with on say a transmission drain and fill for example. This bucket works perfectly for that scenario, and I have no doubt that it will last me many years due to its substantial build. I’ve used numerous Rubbermaid products in the past, and for the most part, I’ve been relatively happy with all of them, but this one is the best Rubbermaid purchase that I’ve made to date. ... show more
