My workers love these and I ended up getting one for myself now. They hold more than you'd think and make organizing supplies easy. My worker had a bad shoulder, and this has given her the respite to heal it since she doesn't have to lug heavy bags of supplies in and out of jobs. Even full, she stated it wasn't as bad to lift into her car as the other items she was using. They love the portability of it and commented on the quality and professionalism it presents. I've seen review on issues with the wheels. We haven't had issues with this and have pulled over gravel, cement, etc. I did see parts can be replaced from the Rubbermaid site so possibly and option rather than purchasing a new bag. I was not happy to buy this bag because I didn't want to spend that type of money on a bag however.... This bag is CLUTCH! I've tried so many bags, totes and carriers for my cleaning company and by far this bag put them all to shame. I purchased the small and still have extra room for items. It holds all of my cleaning supplies plus some. It's sturdy, it's rolls just fine, it doesn't tip over when sitting upright. It's not too heavy even when all of my supplies are packed in it. Great product, holds lots of cleaning items. One bad thing...it comes with a caddy, but the only way to get it in and out of the cart is to tilt it and pull hard and vice versa, to put it in the cart you have to tilt it and shove it in. Would be better if the caddy was about 2 inches shorter on length so it can be pulled out and placed in the cart with ease. I bought 2 caddies that were 2 inches shorter and just threw away the caddy it came with. ... show more

I’ve beat the absolute junk out of this thing for the last 3.5 years with jobs every single day and it just keeps on ticking. I expected the handle or something to break at this point and it just keeps on going have spilled things in it. I pull it upstairs by the handle. I was a little hesitant with the price but it is so worth it and more! I am obsessed with this bag! In the front pocket where your dustpan and broom fits, it fits perfectly and I also have seven other cleaning tools that have poles and they all fit in the same pocket. The Velcro is super strong to hold the poles in place. One more thing. I didn’t know it came with a little cleaning caddy! That caddy is AWESOME! 100 stars! I have nothing negative to say at all!
