I no longer have a wall of boxes at the foot of my guest bed, and I can see all of my different leathers easily. First ones I bought were damaged in shipping (plastic shattered) but quick turn-around to return and get replacements. Very easy, very little hassle. Glad I bought 2, I had a lot of wrapping paper. Didn't hold quite as much in each as expected but still really like them. The have functional wheels and fit under my bed frames even though they are lower frames.     • Break quickly - very brittle - too brittle - extremely fragile buyer beware

Buyer beware. Don't buy these they are too brittle, will break quickly and will need to be replaced. These were sold as tough and I bought them because they are Rubbermaid and they are clear plastic, but they perform just like the cheap stuff. Extremely fragile, slight impacts completely shatter them. Drop them only four to six inches with anything in them and they crack straight through the bottom. Stacking them and sliding them on top so that the back side drops a few inches and they crack and shatter. They perform like thin glass and that is saying something. They are unacceptable for a storage container this size. Other Rubbermaid products that I have purchased are tough and durable but they are opaque. When I found these, that they were clear plastic and made by Rubbermaid I had confidence they were as advertised. Very disappointed and at this price point they are incredibly expensive and not worth even buying them at 5 cents on the dollar because they just won't last. Unusable for storage other than soft goods (blankets, linens, plush toys) sitting on soft carpet. Even then if they are pushed against something solid or hard under the bed, they will crack. Also after using them past the return date which is not long, which I did, they fail quickly and are non returnable. ... show more

The blue pieces used to secure the lid to the bottom do not stay in place. They do not attach firmly and pop off when you open the box. These are not the usual Rubbermaid quality.
