Had the cooler about a year and really liked it. About a year in the zipper teeth started to fail and now there is a 2 gap where water pours out of if the cooler tips or it is on my back and I lean over too much. Cooler has 1 year warranty so Rtic told me I am out of luck. Would buy another softsided cooler but their zippers are not nearly industrial enough. ... show more

Bought this in December 2018. Worked great but always had some issues with the zipper but nothing series. About a month ago while on vacation the zipper broke in half making the cooler useless. I contacted customer support in hopes that they would at least be able to fix it if I paid. Sadly they are unable to do that and only recommended that I buy another for 10% off. To me that did not seem like an appropriate solution. Companies should stand behind their products or at least provide a solution to fix this. Never had a zipper break in half. So I will be purchasing a New cooler in the near future but sadly not from RTIC. EARTH PAK has a similar cooler and has 5 year warranty against defects. I highly recommend people to look at that cooler over this. ... show more

Zipper broke just out of "warranty" and Rtic customer service would do nothing about it. Not surprising I guess considering this (picture) happened to my hard case cooler too. Will not be buying another Rtic product.
