This is an OK cooler. It's a soft cooler, as described, so it probably won't keep things as cold as my other waterproof, PVC soft coolers from RTIC. The color is prettier than I expected. I think this will work wonderfully for day trips, however I will not attempt to take this on an overnight trip as I highly, highly doubt it will keep things cold. (Performance may be better with higher quality ice packs, instead of using actual ice- I believe RTIC also advertises to use ice packs and NOT regular ice anyway). Shipping/delivery was a nightmare. It was 'held' for days without the company ever contacting me to straighten it out. Then, once I called them to figure out why I hadn't gotten it yet, they told me I needed to edit the shipping address (even though we confirmed that it was correct). Would have been fine, however the Amazon website will not allow you to change shipping info once you've placed the order. So. Awesome. ... show more

We had to return the first one that came because there was a cut strap but they handled it quickly and it was super easy. We tested the cooler with ice cubes for 6 hours in a very hot car- they melted a little (90* outside so even hotter in the car)! We would recommend this cooler and it’s a great size! ... show more

Purchased this for a road trip. RTIC was recommended by a friend who camps a lot. But only few hours in ice was almost completely melted. Drinks did not stay cold for our 8-9 hour road trip.

Zipper broke during 1st day of use! I’ve never had a sold side cooler that couldn’t support itself, this RTIC cooler was awful and would collapse under its own weight. The bottom support would buckle and start to fold in on it self when carrying the cooler. I only used the cooler for 1 day being that the zipper broke, but in the one day the condensation buildup was so bad on the outside of the bag and the bottom that it left the seats in my vehicle wet. I’ve already processed the return and replaced it with the Titan brand soft side cooler and after weeks worth of use in the 90° plus florida heat it’s doing great! Would not recommend this RTIC cooler! ... show more
